T-Quality, a company that specializes in servicing fast food resturants,  is one of Seagolds largest customers.  T-Quality has in the last years hosted exhibitions for customers and others interested in the products.  Seagold Ltd, Samherji´s marketing company in Great Britain, participated in the exhibiton this year like the previous years.

 

Around 150 Companies presented products in the exhibition “Quick Service Catering Expo 2004” which was held last March 7th and 8th in  Donnington, England.  Seagold´s stand which displayed photograps of Samherji´s ships and products as well as the fish T-quality sells, was well situated and many guests stopped by.  The guests were offered to taste the fish from Samherji, fried in the tipical British way, i.e. in the way the National dish "Fish and Chips" is served.  It was interesting to see how well the guests new the companies brands, most of them use the products from Samherji and daughtercompanies  regularly. These buyers tend to be loyal to their ship i.e. always want fish from the same producer.  An exhibition like this one is a very good opportunity to strengthen the relationship with the customer and also to show what the company has to offer.   Samherji and Seagold had four employees participating in the show.
